Good to know
Besides the priceless view, bright sunrises and accommodated spaces, you'll have at your disposal our house special (Hot) bathtub seafront. We will also provide you some local mountain harvested ground coffee to appreciate a little more every mornings. Great internet connection, we now have Fiber providing stable internet connection between 200 & 400 MBPS !

Casa Tamaya is a 2 bedroom accomodation, but only the top floor of a 2 Storey House. The bottom floor is also for rent as "Casa Talisay" on my other listing which has 1 bedroom. There are enough facilities and seating for more persons, so feel free to bring some friends for sunset drinks at the house !

Neighborhood
Very central and local neighboroud, with smiling faces around the road all the way to the house. You are 2 minutes away from the ATM, Laundry, fresh market and Pharmacy, 5 minutes to the main restaurants and bars, and less than 10 minutes from Cloud 9 surfing area ! It is also possible to take a boat directly from the house to reach some of the hidden surfspots, ask us and some secrets will be shared ;)

The house is a 2 storey one and this listing is for the whole top floor. You can check the other one called "Casa Talisay" which is the bottom floor of this house, that has 1 Bedroom. All has been designed for the 2 units to be separated, with each of them having private bathroom, bathtub, kitchen & even private sea access to ensure privacy for everybody and have all the amneties being private. PS: The sea is included :)

Very central location. 1 minutes from the fish market, 2 minutes from the ATM and 10 minutes from Cloud 9 surfing Area ! It is also possible to arrange some pick ups from / to the airport ( Flat fee of 300 PHP per pax - 40 minutes). You can consult our special guest notebook where some of our hidden gems of this Island are indicated.
