*** We lowered our prices by 30% as there is currently (as of November 2024) Nearby Constructions from 7am to 4pm *** After designing several houses in the Island from Bamboo Structures to Jungle retreats, doing the Alcove was a different challenge turning around a narrow workshop into a convivial, functional and cosy living place. I must admit that I am quite proud of the result. This small apartment is in a vibrant part of town, quiet at night and full of very friendly locals during the day, with nice shops around, walking distance from everywhere, and featuring a small living room with a working desk, a comfy Queen Size bed, a nice outdoor bathroom and Hot Tub at the back, in a tiny Tropical Garden. On top of that, guest can enjoy Hot Water in the Shower& Tub, AC in the room and Freshly Grinded Local Coffee.

It is best for couples but could accomodate up to 3 persons either in the Queen Size bed, or in the small couch (tiny) on the living room.

Accessibility and Availability
Guest Access
We now provide Fiber Powered Internet which usually goes over 100 Mbps. The house is right in the Center of Town, within walking distance of delightful restaurants, shopping places, markets and the beach. If you wish to reach other places of General Luna, like Cloud 9 or the Party Areas, you can either rent a scooter or hire one of the numerous tricycle around the streets. Transport from the airport is a breeze; convenient vans are available to bring you directly to our doorstep for just 350 PHP per person. Should you wish to explore the island at your own pace on a scooter, kindly inform us beforehand, and we will happily facilitate rental arrangements for you.
