The house is designed with panels on every side that open to welcome the breeze, offering a natural cooling effect. Our indoor and outdoor gardens, cultivated with love, are a haven for birds and butterflies, enveloping you in the sweet fragrances of select blooms. As an Eco House, we’re mindful of our environment; even our quaint pool is free from chemicals and soaps. For those less accustomed to the island climate, air conditioning is available to ensure your comfort amidst the tropical ambiance..

There are a few (but very good !) restaurants in Santa Fe, the rest is in General Luna Area. Santa Fe is known for its unique empty beaches, its uncrowded surf spots (& sometimes Kitesurf) and the kindness of its people. Our local friends are excellent surf instructors, and will be available for you if you're craving for surf lessons, at the beach right in front of the property. Being in the middle of wildlife, you may encounter jungle sounds at night, and experience the visit of some friendly bugs, insects sometimes frogs or the neighbors friendly dogs who wander through from time to time as you may find everywhere else in the island. Casa Mariposa has been designed to be at its cosiest for a couple of lovebirds / friends. However, it is possible to share the space for 2 additional people thanks to the pulling off bed if you want to live the experience in group. There are enough facilities and seating for more persons, so feel free to bring some friends for sunset drinks at the house !
