Even though we weren’t able to stay at the accommodation in the end, our experience with the host was truly outstanding. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and very quick to help when we explained our situation. We really appreciated how supportive and accommodating they were! they even took care of the cancellation for us without any hassle. Their professionalism and warm communication made a big difference, and we’re genuinely grateful for their help. We would happily recommend this host to anyone visiting Siargao!

If you love nature this is a great place for you! It was not for me because I am used to the city but I know for those who love nature will love this place. It’s really peaceful and the sound if nature makes you feel relaxed.

Un lieu magique avec tout le confort entouré d'une nature luxuriante. La chambre à une vue absolument incroyable. J'ai adoré la salle de bain extérieure, le jardin privé, l'architecture originale tout en bambou et le hamac. Un vrai paradis sur Terre.

At first I didn’t know what to expect, but when I started exploring the place I started admiring how beautiful it is. How much thought and creativity went into it. I felt so at home, so inspired and so gonna come back for sure. Just what i needed to end my trip. Quiet, sacred place to rest & rejuvenate. Highly highly recommended. And the hosts are so helpful and friendly.

This is an OMG property; it felt like a bird's nest and was perfect for a date night. I love the design, it's close to the beach and the excellent Ocean 9 resort. Its calssy and worth every penny I wish i was stayong there for 2 weeks

We had a awesome stay at Seb’s place. Anyone planning on visiting Siargao, this is definitely the place to stay. Incredible view off the back deck. Amazing recommendations from Seb and overall you couldn’t ask for a better host. Seb was always quick to responded and more than helpful. Overall 10/10 experience. Would definitely stay again

This place is tucked away perfect for a remote private experience. Very tropical, cozy stay with A/C and closed in away from the bugs (as much as it can be on an island). The host was very responsive to our questions and very kind in setting up a shuttle to our next stay! Highly suggest going to the owner’s new restaurant “Bamboo Surf Cafe” for great food.

Casa Alegria provided the perfect peaceful retreat for us. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The setting encouraged us to slow down and truly connect—we spent our days cooking meals together, having long conversations, sharing household tasks, and simply enjoying each other’s company. The location strikes an ideal balance: tucked away from the busy General Luna area for tranquility, yet still conveniently accessible when needed. Our host was always quick to respond whenever we reached out with questions. We’d happily return to Casa Alegria for another stay.

Very nice, cozy space right in the center of GL. Looks like in the photos! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. We had an inconvenience but Seb and Dadou sent someone to fix it immediately. Great communication and very proactive hosts! Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops, laundry, beach... WiFi works well - both me and my partner could work remotely without problems. 5-10 min drive from Coworking spaces if you need more speed. If you are travelling with many suitcases it can be a bit tight but very practical use of the space. Kitchen has all needed appliances for basic cooking. I would recommend it!

Amazing house in a local fishing village. approx 10 min scooter drive to all of thr restaurants and surf spots. Incredible view that has so much to see at all times of the day. The house is very boho, love the vibes
